Product, publisher and brand lineage
Three names describe one company. Tribulls AI is the brand a user sees, THREE BULLS MERCHANT SERVICES LLC is the legal entity that owns and operates it, and Tribulls: Realtor Assistant is the product it publishes. A reviewer matching a store listing, a domain and an incorporation record to each other will find those three names, and no fourth party.
This listing was previously published under the application identifier com.millionavenue.app and the product name Million Avenue. The publisher, THREE BULLS MERCHANT SERVICES LLC, rebranded the product to Tribulls AI and migrated every build environment onto the com.threebulls.tribulls identifier family. The legacy identifier is recorded here for reviewer continuity only; no current build ships it.
- Product: Tribulls: Realtor Assistant
- Publisher: Tribulls AI
- Legacy application identifier, retained for reviewer continuity: com.millionavenue.app
What the product does
Tribulls: Realtor Assistant is subscription software for residential real estate professionals. It reads the client and listing activity an agent already receives as notification email and spreadsheet exports, keeps one living record per client instead of a drawer of stale files, and puts the day's follow-up work in front of the agent ranked by what is actually at stake. Drafting is done for them; sending stays their decision.
The product is sold to the person who uses it, on a published subscription with a free tier and paid tiers. There is no engagement to scope and no implementation project: an agent signs up and the software starts working on their own book of clients.
Roadmap and market vision
The roadmap is ordered by priority rather than dated, and every item extends something the product already does rather than promising a new one:
- Autonomous execution, end to end. Today the software ranks the day's actions and drafts them. Next it completes the routine ones behind a single review step, so an agent approves work instead of assembling it.
- Direct connectors to the systems of record. Ingestion works today from notification email and file import. The next step removes that hop for the systems agents already keep their records in, so a new account is populated without a manual export.
- Shared workspaces for small brokerages. One client record an agent, their partner and their assistant can all work from, with delegation and reporting. The published subscription tiers already separate an individual practice from a small business, which is the seam this work follows.
The market vision behind that order: the software an independent agent runs on today is a filing cabinet. It stores what the agent already knows and waits to be asked. The work that actually decides a commission — remembering the right person on the right day, with the right context — is still done from memory, a notebook and a late evening. We think that work stops being manual. Every independent agent and small brokerage should run on an assistant that keeps each relationship warm with no manual data entry, and the record-keeping systems become a data source feeding it rather than the thing an agent works in. That is a product market — sold per seat, by subscription, to the practitioner — and it is the market this company is building for.
