Acceptance of Terms
These Terms of Service govern your use of the service, Tribulls: Realtor Assistant, published by THREE BULLS MERCHANT SERVICES LLC. By accessing or using the service, you agree to be bound by these terms. If you do not agree to them, you may not use the service.

Description of Service
Tribulls: Realtor Assistant is an AI-native application designed for daily personal and professional real estate use. The service provides intelligent assistance to help you stay organized, synchronize client databases, and execute productive workflows in your everyday routines.
User Accounts
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activities that occur under your account. You agree to notify us immediately of any unauthorized use of your account.
Acceptable Use
You agree not to misuse the AI capabilities the service provides. The following activities are strictly prohibited:
- Generating harmful, abusive, or misleading content
- Automated abuse of the service or its AI features
- Reverse engineering the AI models or underlying systems
AI-Generated Content
Content generated by the AI features of the service is provided as-is. You are solely responsible for reviewing and verifying the accuracy of any AI-generated output before relying on it in real estate transactions or client communications.
Intellectual Property
All intellectual property rights in the service — including its AI models, its software, its brand marks and its written content — are owned by THREE BULLS MERCHANT SERVICES LLC, the publisher of the service. Tribulls: Realtor Assistant is the name of the product that company publishes; the name itself holds no rights in the service. Nothing in these terms transfers any right in the service to a product name, a brand, or any other party.
You retain ownership of any contact database, listing content or other material you provide to the service. You grant THREE BULLS MERCHANT SERVICES LLC only the permission it needs to store and process that material in order to operate the service for you.
Limitation of Liability
To the fullest extent permitted by law, THREE BULLS MERCHANT SERVICES LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages arising from your use of the service, including reliance on AI-generated content or data synchronization.
Termination
The service may suspend or terminate accounts that violate these terms, at any time and without prior notice. Upon termination, your right to access the service will immediately cease.
Governing Law and Venue
These terms, and any dispute arising out of or relating to them or to the service, are governed by the laws of the State of Washington, United States, without regard to its conflict-of-laws rules.
The exclusive venue for any such dispute is the state and federal courts located in Spokane, Washington, and both parties consent to the personal jurisdiction of those courts. Nothing here prevents either party from seeking injunctive relief in those courts, or from bringing a claim in a small-claims court of competent jurisdiction.
Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Changes will be posted on this page with an updated effective date. Continued use of the service after changes constitutes acceptance of the revised terms.
